The Greyhounds are facing a team that is essentially a carbon copy of themselves in Burlington-Edison on Saturday.

“It’s like looking in the mirror,” Pullman coach Bill Peterson said.

Peterson said Burlington-Edison doesn’t have any star players but does boast three running backs and a quarterback that can run well.

On the other side of the ball, Burlington-Edison is a tough, physical team.

“They want to hit you,” Peterson said. “They play old-fashioned football. They are well-coached. They don’t make mistakes.”

Pullman faces Burlington-Edison at 1 p.m. at Gonzaga Prep in Spokane.
