Vandals all over Anteaters

The Idaho men’s basketball team looked great Friday night.

They came out fast, never let up and cruised to their largest margin of victory ever, 101-47 over UC Irvine.

After Idaho’s loss to Eastern Washington on Monday, coach Don Verlin was not pleased at all with his team’s performance, especially their slow start.

He gave the team two days off, and when they got back into the gym on Wednesday he pushed them hard.

It paid off.

The Vandals dominated every aspect of the game and looked good doing it.

These Vandals are going to have their struggles, but if they continue to play as hard as they did against UC Irvine, they are going to be fun to watch all year.
