The Way You Make Me Feel….

So I may be blogging about the death of the King of Pop a little after the fact, but I was on vacation last week when I received the shocking news. For many people, the news of his death has brought on a renewed interest in his music and videos, and what he did for pop music. I know there’s no better music to strike a pose to or psych myself up for a night on the town. Something about his music leaves me powerless to stop myself from dancing. Even if it’s somewhere somewhat inappropriate for an impromptu dance party, like an Applebee’s or Old Navy. I watched the full version of MJ’s “Thriller” (probably my favorite of his songs) this morning for the first time. It’s over thirteen minutes long and has a plot like a mini movie.

There was a viral video a while back with hundreds of inmates in a Philippines prison doing the “Thriller” dance — well this is them again, in a tribute to MJ. The best part is when they dance “Thriller” moves to “I’ll Be There!”
