Ritzville Democrat to run for District 9 House seat

Glen Stockwell of Ritzville is the first Democrat to official declared candidacy for the seat that had been filled temporarily by former Rep. Don. Cox, R-Colfax.
Cox was appointed to replace Republican Steve Hailey, who died of cancer in December.
Stockwell joins Republican candidates Pat Hailey of Mesa, the widow of Steve Hailey; Susan Fagan of Pullman; Darin Watkins of Palouse; and Art Swannack of Lamont.
