Jury finds Kellis guilty on all counts
September 19, 2008, 5:49 pm
The jury announced its verdict about 5:30 p.m. Friday.
A Latah County grand jury indicted Kellis in May on 10 counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child younger than 16 and two counts of sexual abuse of a child younger than 16. Kellis pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The 12 charges stem from alleged incidents that occurred during July and August 2007 at Camp Grizzly, a Boy Scout camp near Harvard. Four boys who were counselors in training at the camp allege that Kellis molested them. Three of the boys are now 16 and one is 15.
