New Account Management System Notice

On Monday, May 3rd, 2010 we will be launching our new Account Management System.

This new system will provide you (the user) with a number of benefits, such as added security, online subscription account management, and online bill paying.

However, this change will require a little interaction on your end. Your current login username and password will cease to function as of May 3rd. You will be required to re-create your username and password before gaining access to the online articles. This is require your subscription account number. Your account number is located on your renewal notice. If you do not know your account number or do not have access to your renewal notice please do one of these two things:

1. Send an email to ssm@lmtribune.com with this information:

• First and Last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Street address
• Mailing address (if different from street address)

2. Fill out the Account Number Request form located below. *This is preferred.

Your account number will be emailed to you as soon as possible. We are expecting a large number of emails so please email early and be patient for a response.
