This three-year accreditation recognizes that an independent, nationally recognized organization has validated the company’s performance and best practices.

NCQA Utilization Management Accreditation is a quality assessment program that focuses on consumer protection and customer service improvement. This voluntary review process evaluates how well a company manages its delivery system, including physicians, hospitals, other providers, and administrative services. The evaluation also assesses the quality of health care delivered to their members.
